1) Free In-Person Estimate & Walkthrough

We start with a quick on-site visit (usually 15–30 minutes) to learn your home and your goals. During the walkthrough we:

Confirm home details: total square footage, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, flooring types, stairs, windows/blinds, and any unique surfaces.

Identify priorities: kitchens/baths, baseboards, interior cabinets, windows, high dusting, appliances, and any “must-do” or “do-not-touch” areas.

Note condition and access: clutter level, pet hair, buildup (soap scum/grease/mineral deposits), parking, elevator/stairs, door/alarm codes or lockbox.

Customize the scope: move-in/out needs, basement/garage, oven/fridge interiors, interior cabinet cleaning, and other add-ons.

Answer your questions and discuss preferred products (standard professional-grade products included; eco or fragrance-free available by request).
2) Pick Your Cleaning Date
.Choose a date and arrival window that fits your schedule. We’ll send a confirmation with:

Entry plan (meet & greet, lockbox, door/garage code, concierge—your choice)
3) Cleaning Day: We Arrive Ready
Your team arrives within the scheduled window with professional supplies and equipment. We work top-to-bottom and left-to-right for a consistent, thorough result. Typical deep-clean focus includes:

Kitchen: counters, backsplash, sinks, cabinet fronts (interiors if included), appliance exteriors (and interiors if selected), hood, fixtures, floors.

Bathrooms: showers/tubs, tile, grout edges, toilets, sinks, mirrors, fixtures, cabinet fronts, floors.

Living/Bedrooms/Common Areas: dusting (reachable areas), baseboards, doors/frames, switch plates, window sills/tracks (interior), vents (reachable), and floors (vacuum/mop).

Add-ons by request: interior windows, blinds/detailed slat dusting, interior cabinets/drawers, oven/fridge interiors, basement/garage areas, and move-in/out detail.
Prefer not to be home? No problem. Many clients aren’t—just choose a secure entry option when booking.
4) Quality Check & Touch-Ups
When we’re finished, we do a final quality check. If you’re home, we’ll walk through together. If you’re away, we can text photo highlights and lock up per your instructions (re-arming alarms and returning keys to lockbox/concierge as directed). If anything needs an extra touch, we handle it right then and there whenever possible.
